Massachusetts Right of Way

Here in MA, the MMA has worked with our legislators to file this:

18 Legislators have signed on to sponsor this and we have support from many
more, but we are challenged by some of the same issues below.

Although it hasn't yet been assigned to committee, the last session, it was
assigned to Judiciary since it involved changes in fees -- they sat on it
because they didn't know what to do with it.  We need to get this moved to
Ways & Means or Transportation (it would likely wind up in W&M anyway after
transportation) so it doesn't sit there again...

Also strongly suggest getting your Chiefs-of-Police Association behind it.
That was advice given to us by the Legislative Aide for the Judiciary Chair
last time -- he said it would move if they wanted it to...
